How do we make our champions

Weekly, Camp and Full-time programs

Our program has two unique training sessions, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. The morning session includes two hours of stroke production and technique development. The focus of the afternoon session is point development and match play.

The students will have one hour of on and off-court conditioning and weight training three times per week. Our method of two training sessions per day will allow the student to assimilate the instruction effectively. Our high-performance Academy has a track record of helping players reach their potential.

In addition to academy training, players will be given a chance to train with the best players and engage in match-play, conditioning, mental training, video analysis, and player analysis.

ENHANCED STROKE PRODUCTION

We help students improve their strokes with innovative tennis training techniques rooted in long-established biomechanics principles.

LIVE BALL DRILLS FOR ON-COURT FINESSE

Our live ball drills help students develop their spacing, timing, and balance. With practice, students commit techniques to memory with rhythm and fluidity for smooth, controlled strokes and movement across the court. Most academies put the emphasis on basket drilling. Our methodology is based on live ball.

SHARPENED TACTICAL AND COGNITIVE SKILLS

As part of our philosophy, coaches train students with frequent drills aimed at developing stronger game intelligence. Students improve their tactical awareness through greater perception, strategic analysis, and speedy decision-making.

GAME BASED TRAINING

Using both closed and open practices, our athletes learn the principles of pattern and style of play, as well as the necessity of tactical intention while having fun. One thing is to have beautiful strokes, and another is to understand how to play the game.

COMPETITION

Every day, students challenge one another to grow and expand their competitive edge. It is critical that our players are constantly exposed to fresh and unusual circumstances and competitors; they will practice on both hard and clay courts. We are one of the few academies that practice matches and point situations every day.

PEAK PERFORMANCE TRAINING

Our methodical approach incorporates all of the essential components of optimal performance, such as endurance, strength, power, speed, balance, coordination, agility, flexibility, and nutrition.
